What to watch out for:

  • Unsolicited job offers or interview requests
  • Requests for payment or personal financial information
  • Emails or messages from unofficial domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
  • Poor grammar or formatting in communications
  • Pressure to act quickly or urgently

If you receive a suspicious email, message or phone call claiming to be from Plus One or Optum Workplace Well-being, do not respond and do not share any personal information.

All official communications from our recruitment team will:

  • Be related to a job you applied for or expressed interest in
  • Never ask for payment or sensitive personal data
