Who we are

Since 1986, Optum Workplace Well-being has supported organizations in building workplaces where people feel healthier, more connected and better able to perform at their best. Founded as Plus One, we began with high-quality corporate fitness solutions and quickly earned a reputation for exceptional service and long-standing partnerships built on responsiveness and care.

In 2013, Plus One was acquired by Optum, enabling us to bring fitness, coaching, ergonomics, mental well-being and analytics together into one connected, evidence-informed experience. Today, as part of the Optum Whole Health Solutions, we deliver on-site and hybrid well-being programs for corporate employers and multi-tenant office properties. Our solutions build workplaces that attract talent, support performance and enhance overall culture.
